NOTE: If you purchased Customized Synergy in conjunction with any L&S boot and need a size exchange, simply ship everything back and we will make the exchange and fit a new insole at no additional charge for the fitting service; just pay the shipping. This ensures an accurate test fit of your L&S brand boot. Not everyone is an artist, and fitting insoles can be tricky, but not anymore.
