Sizing Instructions
Please follow these quick and simple instructions to help insure a proper fit, which ultimately creates a more pleasant purchasing experience. Do not attempt to trace your feet alone, please have someone assist you to insure accuracy.
Steps to take for an accurate tracing
| 1. Stand down barefoot on a piece of paper that is on a solid flat surface. | ![]() |
| 2. Then with the help of a friend using a pen or pencil, trace the outline of each foot, being sure to keep the instrument perpendicular to the floor. | ![]() |
| 3. Complete another barefoot tracing of each foot on separate sheets of paper so that you will now have two sets of tracings. | ![]() |
| Your completed tracing should look similar to this. (Lathrop & Sons asks that customers do not use a marker.) | ![]() |
After you have completed these steps you should have two tracings for each foot.
Lathrop & Sons has also begun using digital photographs to further increase the fitting accuracy.
