Return Policy
Custom systems:
- Partial returns are not accepted.
- Exchanges will be made if the boot does not fit and does not show signs of wear. *Note: First exchange is complimentary, thereafter customer will be held responsible for shipping charges.
- Refundable returns are accepted, although the customer will pay a 10% restocking fee. *Note: Shipping fees are not included.
- Any signs of wear will void Lathrop & Sons return policy.
- All footbeds are non-refundable. The only exception is in the case of a size exchange. In the event that a boot is misfit an entire size, a new footbed will be ground. If it is a half size the same footbed can be used.
- Any footbed that is customized to a non-Lathrop & Sons boot is non-returnable.
No exceptions.
- Accessories are returnable. *Note: Returns must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and in new condition. Credit will be made depending on discounted prices.
